At October's Monthly Industry Meetup — which was held on Wednesday 11th September 2023 for members of Made in Group — three business leaders from Unison Ltd, RICOH UK Products and Rowan Precision shared their inspiring stories with attendees.

Attendees learned how this initiative has inspired over 33,000 students since its inception 14 years ago and cultivated a future workforce for skill-based careers.

Next, Robert Farr, Senior Engineer at RICOH UK Products, dived into the realm of circular thinking, In this illuminating session, Robert detailed the innovative Comet Circle concept, which forms the bedrock of RICOH's journey towards a circular economy. The Comet Circle encapsulates RICOH's commitment to sustainable manufacturing by encompassing the entire lifecycle of their products – from design to end-of-life considerations.
